Company Profile :
The Company has provided various services, like Industrial/Personal Security,
Cash Van, ATM Guarding, Antecedent Verification, etc. They are serving various
National and International clients. The company has “Multi-functional & Multi-
location” network across the country. They have both, Civilian and Ex-
Servicemen for the purpose of Guard or Security Personnel. They also have
Administrative people on roll. The Guard or Security Personnel are deployed at
various Units/Sites under various branches.
Basic Functions :
Sales & Marketing :
As it is totally Security Services based Company/Agency, therefore all the
contracts are directly/indirectly come to the Corporate Office or Branch Office,
respectively. This helps them to analyze the current or future requirements. It
does the profitability Analysis before the sales.
Recruitment :
On the basis of the Contract they have, Recruitment process will conduct and
the required Security Personnel are recruited. For Security Personnel, they
recruit Civilians as well as Ex-Servicemen. For Permanent Employee,
requirement created due to new vacancy or replacement HR Department
consults to the consultants, yellow pages, checks some references or advertises
in newspaper for the vacancies. After screening the bio data of applicants
company calls the short listed candidates for the first Interview.
Training :
This process of Training will start after the Recruitment for Civilians only. The
training procedure is not applicable for Ex-Servicemen, because they are
already trained. This Training process is for fixed period of time.
Deployment :
After the completion of training, the candidates are sent to different
Branches/Units (Customer’s Site) as per requirement or Contract.
Attendance :
All SS/SO will maintain and keep an up to date record of attendance
(Attendance Register) of Security Personnel. The SS/SO or Regional/Branch
Managers will check this from time to time.
Salary :
On the basis of Attendance, the Salary of Security Personnel or Employee which
are on roll will generate. The Salary will include all the allowances and
deductions.
Billing :
All the Account/Finance related terms will come under this head. They may be Salary, Bank Voucher, Cash Voucher, Purchase, Tax, Excise, etc. But, all are maintained regularly and match properly.
